Time Doctor Customer DPA

This DPA sets forth the terms and conditions under which Time Doctor may receive and process Personal Data from Customer and incorporates the Standard Contractual Clauses. This DPA has been pre-signed by Time Doctor. In order for DPA to be effective, Customer must first:

1. Complete and sign the information block below with the Customer's full legal entity name, address and signatory information;
2. Submit the completed and signed DPA to Time Doctor via email to privacy@timedoctor.com.
